The technician called before he came out and was on time. They got my house cooling the same day. I didn't have to wait for them to get a part or pay additional gas fees. Other places prices were $50 or more than Alamo to even diagnose my a/c! The receptionist even saved me $20 by sending me to their web site to print a coupon. I've never heard of any company offering coupons on air conditioning.
