I had to call CB Lucas to fix a problem with the heat in our house. They were the contractors who installed it on our house that was built. I was not happy with the way that I was treated, I guess they did not want to cover anything under warranty. They came out several times but kept saying they could not find a problem. They were rude to me, rude to my husband and cost me alot of ime away from work. Maybe this was just one bad experience, but I would not use them again.
