Padres has some of the worst Mexican food I have ever had, besides Casa Bonita in Denver. I had a stuffed sopapilla, the chili tasted like it came from a can, and the dough in my sopapilla wasn't cooked all the way through. I only ate one bite. When the waitress came and took my plate, she asked me if I disliked the food, I said yes and she informed me that she didn't like to food there either. Save your money and go someplace else.
