Mount Fuji has the best sushi I have had in the triangle to date. Their other dishes are equally appealing, especially the curries. Also, they are very vegetarian friendly and will substitute tofu for just about all of the meat dishes on their menu. The bar area is very small, and right in front of the kitchen, not someplace to go and have a drink at the bar.
