This was the most humiliating and unhappy dining experience I have ever had. Recently I was in this restaurant with other disabled individuals and it was obvious that we were not welcome. We were refused access to the restrooms. We were also treated badly by the wait staff and our food was undercooked (ground beef). We were seated at a dirty table and when an accident happened it was cleaned up with a dirty towel and the debris dropped into our laps. Even after asking help from three people for the restroom we were ignored. When asked to speak to someone in charge we were laughed at again and ignored. We were refused the opportunity talk with a manager. This was a terrible experience and we won't go back. We are disappointed that this restaurant is in our great neighborhood where many blind, deaf and other disabled people live. We observed that childen are not welcome and the families were treated very badly when they went to this restaurant. It is not a place I would recommend.
Cons: Crude treatment of individuals with disabilities and uncooked food. Children not welcome.
