Bouchon is a great way to experience French cuisine in Vegas for reasonable prices. We had the salmon tartar, skirt steak, trout almondine (beware, the head is still on the fish), and of course their pommes frites. Everything was excellent. Make sure you have reservations on the weekends. The service was great. The only drawback was that it is a little noisy, but it is not enough to be disruptive. If you want it to be a romantic experience, request a table away from the bar area.
