I have lived here for 10 months now and can't wait to get out of here. I've had several problems since being here. This spring the pipes burst in the wall in my kitchen due to a leak from the 6 people who share an apartment above me (yes, literally 6 people in a 2 BR apt). The week long repair was partially covered by my insurance company since they thought it would be a good idea to kick me out of the temp apartment the day that they painted. You couldn't even breathe in there, so I had to spend the night in the hotel, which they refused to pay for, stating that they had not inconvenienced me. Not to mention that they unplugged and moved my fridge to the middle of the kitchen for 4 days. All of my food spoiled.
Pros: It's a roof over your head
Cons: That roof leaks
