Everyone claims to have New York or East Coasst pizza. For me there is only D'Amore's. By far the Best! Thin crust,great sauce and great cheese. They claim to import the water for the dough from Boston. I may have to believe them. When I go back to NY I can't believe I like D'Amore's better! That isn't easy to say from a New Yorker. They have several locations and do vary a bit but for me the Encino location is the best. Dave who runs the Encino location is a huge Red Sox fan and will let us Yankees know it. Fun atmosphere. Great lunch specials. Highly recommended.
