Big City is one of my favorite chill out bars. It's a hole in the wall type of place, but proves to be decieving upon entering. The bar is spacious with two bars and a decent dance floor. The DJ drops some nice beats but still gets everyone dancing by mixing it up later in the evening. It's definitly an after hours bar, the crowd doesn't start coming in until about 2ish, and after two you'll definitly be waiting in line to get in. The bartenders are extremely friendly. Parking in the area is decent.
