The food here is to die for. The prices are decent, especially for great italian food. The problem however, is their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired.
They offer delivery, but I do NOT recommend that! It's painfully slow. The orders are often wrong as well when food is being delivered. They also sometimes are very slow to answer their phones, and can't seem to get their own policies straight. I called to ask if they had a minimum amount for delivery orders (no car right now) and the kid I talked to said Only with Credit Cards. So I called back once I decided what I wanted to order, and was THEN told there's a $10 minimum on delivery.
PROS: GREAT food.
CONS: BAD customer service, staff not knowledgable.
