Just to give you some background, I'm the kind of guy that parks in the back of the parking lot to avoid having my car doors dinged by other car doors.
I parked my car at Avistar for two days to go on a business trip. When I came back my car had two different dings from where other car doors were slammed into them. The first was on the passenger side front door and was white. The color can be buffed out (I hope), but the dents will be there forever.
When I confronted the staff, I got the usual "How do we know the dents were not there before you parked the car?" I know. because I check my car whenever I park it. Now besides paying for the parking, I have to pay to have my car detailed to remove the marks.
Cons: Damaged my car., Rude staff.
