leave those snotty french restaurant expectations at home- le pommier is not the old le pommier- new life, a little vigour, a little more bustle & colour to the place is why i started going back again. if the kids are running the place, they're doing a great job at it. the food's as fantastic as ever, if not better. i like that the wine's not totally overpriced (compared to other restos) and that i'm not surrounded by stiffs attending the epicurian equivalent of high mass. a jovial bistro that i will only keep recommending.
Pros: food, ambiance, wine selection
Cons: few snobby customers
