My wife and I ate here recently and sat at the bar. The servers were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the hype that we've heard. We tried the crabcakes, which are advertised as award-winning. They were very small and soggy. Nothing like the crabcakes we've had in New Orleans. Are other dishes were equally disappointing. However, the atmosphere and friendly staff made up for the food. If you are ok with average food. I would definitely recommend P.J.'s because you will have a good, casual time. But if you're a serious food snob, perhaps this isn't the place for you.
