I have hired Big Red multiple times now to remove vehicles parked in my reserved apartment parking spot. They have never taken more than 20 minutes to arrive. From there, they've never taken very long to remove the offending car, either. Servicemen have always been polite (can't say the same about the one guy who noticed his car was being towed after it was already hooked up and ready to go!).
I can't comment on their prices as I've never had to pay them for anything!
