The owner of Victoria V used to cut my mother's hair for years when she worked at Salon Norman Dee. She was liked by many and still has a cult like following in the area. My mother and grandmother both use her religiously for hairstyles and color consultations. My father was gettin very grey so I sent him over to Cecile who has been doing my color for quite some time now. She was an absolute saint and made my dad a salt and pepper color, very natural and perfect-right in time for my wedding. Everyone was pleased and best of all they made a manly man feel very at home and comfortable there. Jen is super as well and did about 8 different people for my wedding and all were pleased. A great place for the Northeast.
