I really enjoy the food at the Boulder Cafe and the location historical on the walking mall. The Happy Hour is great because of the fondues and the fresh seafood bar, including several kinds of oysters. I love the desserts, especially the Guiness chocolate cake. Their Sunday brunch is superior. There are various Benedicts, but I like the one with blue corn flour tortills stuffed with shrimp, topped with poached eggs and a touch of chile in the hollandaise sauce. They also have wild game, fresh fish and lots of seasonal produce, and include vegetarian items on the menu.
