I've heard much about this restaurant prior to visiting it. I've been to more than 100 Thai restaurants in the US, and so I we expecting traditional Thai decor, something to prepare my senses for the dining experience. At Malee's, however, the decor and the wait staff atire are traditional Scottsdale-ish, although the aromas are definately Thai. At first, this lead to sensory confusion, but when the food arrived, I knew exactly where I was. I like my Thai food ""Authentic"" (that's two notches above hot), and the curry was smooth and was not overpowered by the spiciness.
Pros: Scottsdale-ish decor
