I'm a gamer and visit most of the stores in the valley and Hastur was by far the worst in service and price. The coustemers in the store where rude, the place smelled and I had to almost yell at the employee to get his attention off his friend to help me. That is unacceptable! The store has great potental but it needs a major management rework.
