I crack-up every time someone mentions the creativity of rolls at a Kaiten Sushi restaurant. Educate yourselves people. Take a trip to Japan! Kaiten Sushi is about value, not sushi chefs meandering around tying sprouts in a figure eight so you can believe you're geting good sushi. I work next to Blue C and eat there two times a week for lunch. Amazingly consistent, and I know they buy very high-end ingredients. If people want to over pay for pretty rolls that's okay...I'd rather just have the good stuff at great prices so I can afford gas!
Pros: High Quality food, Fast delivery, Great prices
