It's hard for me to take these recommendations seriously anymore when I read ones like the one posted by spidweb. The key to Kaiten sushi is asking if you have questions. I've only been to Japan once but I guarantee this place uses higher quality ingredients than the Kaiten restaurants in Japan. I spoke to one of the servers and she said they only buy grade one fish--that gets delivered every day! A friend of mine who is an avid sushi eater said he thinks Blue C is the best sushi value in town. I have eaten there four times already and I think my collective bill was about the same as one stop at Nishino (Which is great too).
Pros: Prices, atmosphere, Variety
Cons: , good for kids
