My wife and I have been visiting ""Acap"" for 7 years, but the service and food quality has been declining rapidly since late 2003. On our last visit, the server was rude, forgot items from the order and spilled salsa on me as it was being roughly placed on the table. Note that I'm all for ""attitude"" but this place crossed the line and I won't be back.
