Never wanted to write review until now. After eating at Brazilian restaurants around the world, I wanted to introduce my father to this unique dining.
Dining room was not crowded we thought we would have lots of attention. Wrong. Service was slow, uneven. The salty meat came at snail pace. Diners surrounding us were complaining that they saw the sirloin only once that night but the inexpensive chicken and sausages came more often. Others joked about the fact that the ""all out"" dinner costs $30 but there was no ""all out"" experience. If it wasn't Father's Day, I think more than one table would have walked out.
I'm willing to give Brazilian cuisine another try but not at Fogo e Brasa. Stick to traditional steak houses.
I saw the owners around the bar, I hope you take my opinion as constructive and fix what's really broken.
Pros: ample salads, but who goes to a BZ, steakhouse for salad?
Cons: salty meat, waiting for meat, slow uneven service
