Kudos to Alberto! I dare anyone in Houston to open a small tratorria in a strip center and do as well as he has done.His tortellini with bechemel and mushrooms is stellar.Another best is the slow braised pork leg with a balsamic sauce.You must understand that it take a lot of cash to run a restaurant ,even a small one with with quality ingredients.Alberto does an emaculate job with his resources.This is a restaurant where the owner care enough to give his patron the best.His food comes from the heart.
