The thing that really caught me about Elliots was how professional they were. I usually don't use ""Professional"" to describe a restaurant.
I ordered pan fried oysters, and a dozen varrious oysters. The menu said they were oyster experts, so I asked away some strange questions to my waiter. And although he wasn't an oyster person, he had all the questions.
They also had an interesting pamplet on eating dungeness crab, cooking and selecting it. You could take this brochure home.
They had a WIDE variety of oysters, oh say 15 kinds. It was a great place for oysters, and they had a great menu of other selections as well.
The view was great, and service was friendly and comfortable.
