I am addicted to the Pepper Steak at Tarbell's. Rubbed with fresh cracked black pepper and seared in a cast iron skillet it's ooo baby good. Very Yummy ! The Wine List and Staff are the ""Best in Phoenix"". Talk to Holly to set up your resi, she's the Bomb !
