i had my first facial ever at badescu's yesterday. i was impressed by their professional and courteous staff. i did not experience snootiness, just disorganization. when i arrived they were unable to find my booking. but luckily someone cancelled and i was taken right away. the facial was great. Asia was gentle and explained each step as a doctor would.(in fact, it did remind me of a doctors office. simply decorated, very clean, white uniformed staff) the extra $45 another reviewer was upset about is glycolic and it's an option not a hidden fee. at the end they try to sell you their products. with autographed celebrity photographs on the walls singing praise and a guarantee that the products will work or your money back it makes it hard to not buy into it.
