This place is either heaving, where you run the gauntlet of annoyed pedistrians on the sidewalk or completely empty. I prefer it empty, as at least you can get served in a timely, if not, welcome manner.
Service is bad, atmosphere is dire, no food, no snacks, expensive even for russian hill, overall crappiness prevails.
