OK, I haven't conducted an exhaustive search. However, I have yet to have better hummus than that at the Mediterranean inspired Capital Club.
Although the interior of the Capital is Mediterranean, and they have a few such dishes, their menu is largely French.
We began our meal with the cheese plate and the hummus plate. Both were very good (the Hummus was the standout, but the baba ganoush left a little to be desired). The Lamb Shank (their signature dish) was very tender and the lamb just about dripped off the bone.
Overall, a highly recommended dinner destination.
