The first thumb is for the sales department, the second for the service.
I bought my Jetta a couple years back. It was a positive experience. Instead of trying to push a car I didn't have as much interest in they told me to wait until the new crop of cars came in. I thought this was impressive that they weren't worried that I would go elsewhere and I didn't. The Exact Jetta I wanted came in and I bought it.
Additionally, the service is top notch. I recently came in for a tire change with a 15% off coupon and they informed me they had a better promo going on which would save me a couple bucks.
From my experiences at Liberty Auto Plaza it really seems like they will do whatever they can to get and keep your business.
