I sent my Child there (Bellevue location) when I was in desperate need, that is until i realized what a Huge mistake that i had made! The facility is dark and dirty: The carpets where the children play and crawl are stained and disgusting. The staff at the front desk is unprofessional and hard to get hold of, sometimes the cook answers the phone and usually has No idea as to where the director is?!?!
The teachers are mixed, some are very young working part time while Most speak Very little to no English at all so that you can't even discuss your child's needs with out an interpreter present....
The daily activity report doesn't give much information That is if it's even filled out in the first place....
My Child was scared and still shaken even after we got home from that place. He is now much happier in another daycare and i am so much more at ease to know that he is in a Safe Warm and caring environment with well trained English speaking care takers. I am actually surprised that LPW is still in business. You can forget anyone there taking you seriously Because to them you are nothing more than another Complaint who's on their way out the door... Do yourself and Your Child a favor and Consider all of the other wonderful child care facilities out there... Believe me There are so many other options that are so much Cleaner Safer and More professional than this Dive!
