These apartments are less than 10 years old. They are located overlooking a community lake in a small area within Ahwatukee. Great schools, good walking areas, close shopping. The pools, gyms and even a theatre are new on the facility. The rates are equal too or less than the competition from my looking around. The staff at Portofino were phenomenal. They were always available and willing to help and answer questions. And they knew the residents by name. Good place.
