Dr Kotoske did a rhinoplasty, nose job on me. Without my permission he shaved the bone and gave me a slope nose. My nose was perfect, and that was my worst nightmare which is why I did not give permission for him to touch the roof of my nose. He then proceeded to work on the tip making one side higher than the other, one nostril sticks up higher than the other. When I told him I wasn’t happy with it, he told me to wait until the swelling went down and make an appointment in six months. When I called to make the appointment, he canceled it three times before telling me I could pick up my records and go somewhere else if I wasn’t happy with what he did. I was flabbergasted at the unprofessionalism especially since he was so nice in the beginning. Also my friend went here and had her eyelids lifted, one is completely uneven and looks worse than before. Honestly this was a nightmare and now I have to go somewhere else to have someone else fix what he did.
