Bailey and Dillion did a wonderful job of tearing out the old furnace/AC and installing the new Lennox Elite. Bailey was very customer focused and did a great job of answering my questions/concerns. They only worked on day 1 as another crew came on day 2 to finish. I would have preferred Bailey to have completed the job.
