Met with the Plumber who was to inspect my sump pump. He quoted me a price with a description of activiites and I agreed. He then proceeded to do some preliminary investigation and said that he would not do what he had agreed for the price. I stated that was our agreement but he reiterated he would not do the work for the ageed upon amount because the tank was "too deep" I have been in the tank myself and it is only 6ft. He then started to explain how complex the fix would be and I knew it not to be what he was saying (having been in the Facilities business for more than 40 years just too old now to go into the tank) He just walked away and said he was not doing the work for the agreed price.
