my grade is low not because work done was bad but because it was too expensive considering complexity and time spent (about 5min).

Over priced 8/27/2018

They charge $29.00 for an estimate that is waived when you go with their service. Other places I called had free estimates and could do it over the phone. The prices I was quoted were a lot higher than others businesses. more

Kitchen Faucet Install 3/30/2018

I needed to replace a badly corroded faucet and Your 1 Plumber (MARIO) did an excellent job. They were on time, clean and curtious, worked quietly, explained everything thoroughly, and charged exactly the estimated price. I’ll use them every time. more

I was very pleased with the service performed by the technician, Jay R. He explained exactly what was required for the repair and and performed the work expertly. He was very neat during the work and in cleaning up after the repair was done. He was also very polite and I would highly recommend Your 1 Plumber and Jay R, in particular for anyone needing plumbing work. more

Sump Pump Repair 8/17/2017

Met with the Plumber who was to inspect my sump pump. He quoted me a price with a description of activiites and I agreed. He then proceeded to do some preliminary investigation and said that he would not do what he had agreed for the price. I stated that was our agreement but he reiterated he would not do the work for the ageed upon amount because the tank was "too deep" I have been in the tank myself and it is only 6ft. He then started to explain how complex the fix would be and I knew it not to be what he was saying (having been in the Facilities business for more than 40 years just too old now to go into the tank) He just walked away and said he was not doing the work for the agreed price. Not just good plumbing, but good communications 5/24/2017

I scheduled my service call at 9:30 PM through the web site, and the work was done by 5 PM the next day, even though I stated that this was NOT an emergency. The e-mail told me when to be on-site (not at my home), and I also got a phone call. He arrived within the specified window, got the job done, and left the area neat. more

Excellent work! 10/13/2016

Eric was here as promised today. He did a very good job replacing the faucet in the bath tub. I was worried the tiles would end up cracked, but he was careful and did a spotless job. He worked alone. As far as we can tell all is working well. He also cleaned up the area. more
