I have never had better service than this. Today I called at 8:00 a.m. and the service tech arrived within 2+ hours. Company employee called ahead of time to say he was on his way. I did not have an appt. - heater went out overnight. Heater repaired and maintenance performed promptly & satisfactorily. Jeremy Brackett was the nicest, very professional, knowledgeable, made good explanation of problem and fix, and was just awesome!!! I will schedule with Sierra Air and ask for Jeremy Brackett the next time I have maintenance. I'm so pleased that this excellent service is available.
