I have recently put in a new AC system and new water lines through out the house via Tiger. With absolute consistency of over 10 visits to my home every Tiger service person has been friendly, personally concerned about my needs, and obviously knowledgeable about their respective expertise. Michael came to the rescue for my hot water heater. These little vapor sensors are so sensitive and then having to reset the whole heater is all I needed. He had my heater up and running in about 30 minutes. To those on the edge about membership, I encourage you to go for it. Tiger services have given me a peace of mind for all plumbing, electrical, and AC/heating issues that can arise at any moment for the home owner. This is a fantastic company. Worth every cent I have paid them.
