Bait and switch 7/6/2017

They offer A $69 mainline clean out and video inspection but upon arrival try to charge $724 because they won't look for a clean out and need to access through the toilet. They charge $350 to replace a toilet but want to charge $650 to take a toilet off and put the same toilet back on to complete the service. After walking the plumber and the manager through the ludicrous math, they still don't get the point or attempt to resolve the issue with a price adjustment. This company relies on bait and switch advertising and the plumbers and managers couldn't pass 3rd grade math more

Great Service 6/22/2017

Sam Kokaly was the lead technician. I received advance notice with a picture of who would be showing up at my residence and when. They were on time, completely professional and went what I would consider above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the Service and repairs. He took the time throughout the visit to show me what needed to be done, got my approval each step of the way and even asked for me to inspect his work as he was completing it, before he moved on the to next issue. I highly recommend Sam and his team. more

Found problems with 15 year old furnace. Replacing 60 gal heater. 4/3/2017

A few necessary repair problems found. Gas line installed by another company leaking and parts missing. Replacing a 60 gal water heater with a 40 gal water heater.(oversized 60 gal). Complete install on dryer Sears failed to complete. Etc. more

Very happy that Tiger sent Vinh to unclog my bathtub drain so quickly, within a few hours of my call. Vinh was very professional, courteous and informative. He unclogged the drain in a relatively short time that we had been struggling with for months. I would absolutely recommend the company, and Vinh, to family & friends. more

Fantastic Service 1/10/2017

Cody and Antjuan repaired my outside Water faucet. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Antjuan also explained in detail what I can do to avoid future problems. Tiger plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and electrical are the best of the best. Their customer service can't be beat. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work from a company that can be trusted to stand behind their work. Over the years Tiger has done a lot of work on my plumbing and HVAC systems.
