My son was looking for a very specific truck so we drove 5 hours from WI to this dealer. While we were waiting, a couple was getting quite loud in the showroom. They had made arrangements over the phone to pick up a car and when they got there the car had been sold out from underneath them. The couple was quite upset and it almost became a fist fight in the showroom...very unprofessional on behalf of the staff at this dealership. Then while we were still waiting, an elderly couple came in and wanted to check out a used Chevy Volt. The Saleswoman went to get the keys for a test drive and she pulled up in a brand new Chevy Malibu. The couple told her that was not the car they were interested in and that new car was NOT in the budget.....her reply was, "sure it is and let me show you how it fits your budget." We felt bad for the couple as they weren't even given the option to look over and test drive the car they came in to see. The saleswomen took them for a test drive with them in the passenger seat, they never got to drive the car. My son and I thought we couldn't wait til they got from their test drive to see how it went.....we were there for three hours and never saw them come back or the saleswomen either. We never made a deal that afternoon after driving for five hours.....If anyone drives five hours, that should show interest interest in one of their vehicles. Three out of four groups interested in cars that Sat, walked away with no deal....how does a dealership stay open when 3 out of four walk away?
