Terry Toliver came to our house today (1/28/14) to fix a GFI outlet that was newly replaced in December. After spending MUCH time reviewing the electrical circuit "anatomy" of our house, he was able to deduce that the breaker was tripped even though it appeared not to have tripped. He was professional, courteous, detail-oriented, very thorough and extremely personable. Loved talking with him as much as we appreciate the service he rendered! Thank you, Terry!
