The waiter sat my boyfriend and I, brought our food and never came back. When we were done eating our "just ok" meal, we had to wait 20 min for a random waitress to find our ticket. When I told the manager how poor the service was he replied "sorry to hear that, next time you come make sure and ask for me and I will make sure your meal is great" we aren't going back and in all honesty they should do that for all their customers and this wouldn't be a problem in the first place.
