I needed routine checks on my furnace and on some electrical stuff in the basement. I had coupons and hoped I wouldn't be surprised with extra items I needed to pay for. NOPE! The technicians came out, checked the stuff, which all looked, and charged me the $49 per visit. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
