I hired them when they came through our Brookfield, WI neighborhood. They did not show up when they promised, but did show up the next day (was a weekend so fine with us.) Took down about 4 huge dead elms that were way beyond my spouse's capability. Chipped the trees for us and charged about $ 400. To hire a local arborist to do same would have cost several thousand dollars. Since I didn't need finesse, just cut and chip, the work was a bargain and saved my spouse days of work climbing and cutting on his own. It was some of the best money I've ever spent.
