Good: Nothing about this experience .. Bad: Rude salespeople . Rude and inept installers. They actually tried to raise the price after our purchase .My beautiful marble counter was broken during installation .Six trips to this dump and our try at a redo resulted in them using cracked and blemished stone we'ed previously rejected . And that came precracked !. Improvements: Real customer service .. Other: How these people can sleep at night is beyond comprehention. "They" break your custom product and somehow it becomes your problem ..
