Good: Nothing after dealing w/ the owner. Absolutely no idea of what customer service is.. Bad: Rude, condescending, combative owner. I cannot believe this store would ever have repeat customers.. Improvements: Someone that knows the meaning of customer service.. Other: I would never recommend this establishment after my experience with the owner. She was verbally abusive to my 70 yr old mother. When we commented that the couch my mom received seemed darker than what was displayed in the store the owner became very irate and started yelling! Forget being a poor example of a business owner...she's just an awful example of a human being. I'm sorry I had to give this store a rating of even one star because they just don't deserve it!.
