Customer service was very disappointing. Paper quality and options were not explained to me while ordering, therefore resulting in unsatisfactory product. I called and asked if I could get a portion of the order re-printed since things were not explained properly to me. Not a refund, or a discount even, just reprinting (which would honestly have cost them maybe $3). They said no. Mainly because there was no manager that day to approve it. I would have to wait til tomorrow. And even then it was no guarantee I would receive I re-print. I was told they could re-print, but I would have to pay for it. Poor Management, poor employee training and poor customer service. I have gone to them for years and will be taking my business elsewhere. more
