Good: They were on time, fixed the problem, and even cleaned out my unit! The guy that came out seamed like he really knew what he was doing. He even told me how much it would cost before he did any work.. Bad: There wasn't really anything I did not like.. Improvements: I don't know much about A/C or heaters so I am not really sure.... Other: When I get a new unit next year they will be the first people I call! I called 2 other places before I called Absolute Service and one said I need a new compressor (with out even looking at the unit) and the other said they would come out and never did (didn't even call)..
