What is the true measure of a business is not how they respond when things go right, but when there is a problem. We had purchased a used vehicle that had a factory issued problem that would not have been easy to find or resolve but Honda of Seattle found it and made it right. Not only did they make it right but they hunted down the issue quickly and resolved it quickly with great customer service. A big thank you goes to Ly Le for being extra observant in the detail shop or this could have gone on for awhile if he had not noticed a spot still wet in the interior. With more than one family member allergic to mold this would been a big issue. Another recent example of the outstanding service department was when I realized at 5P on a Friday night that a low driveway had caused a plastic under-mount protection piece to drag. I called and spoke to Oleg Balushka who understood my limited description "car talk style”. He was able to determine that was fixable quickly within 24. I arrived after battling Friday night bridge traffic with a hungry 11 year old in tow and met my husband who was car less from work at the dealership. I had the brilliant idea of going to eat first before getting a ride home; a free ride to the restaurant by our charming service driver. By 6:15 we received a call of our options for repair and costs. We called back and coordinated with Ryan Bull who made sure it got done on time. We arrived back at Honda of Seattle Service and we were headed home by 6:55P! I think the Service department is exceptional and dedicated in large part due to the stewardship of Paul Svenkerud, the service department director who really stays on top of his department. I really find that the people who work at Honda of Seattle care about their work, the quality of service they deliver, and work hard to help their clients. They re-enforce my trust with every interaction and are a business that I can wholeheartedly recommend for both service and sales.
