I'm an old Grandpa ... been fixing kids' and grandkids' bikes for years. If it is too big a challenge for you, take it to Cactus. These guys are honest, helpful and do a great job on repairs. Prices are more than fair.
I've read all the reviews less than 4 stars. Man, some of you must want them to give it away or work for free. They have earned my business.
