I've been to this place at least 20 or more times over the years working in rescue, as well as most every other animal hospital in NJ. The fact is, you never know what you're going to get, it's a complete crapshoot and I dread every visit to the vet's office I'm forced to make, especially emergency services. I've had way more nightmare experiences than sastifactory ones and very few really good ones. That's the plain truth. I sit here now, with a sick dog, agonizing over what to do. My choices consist of 3 emergency vets I've already been to and would be happy to never go to again, and about 3 more within two hours of my house that have and average review rating of two stars. So, where will I go to have my dog mishandled, misdiagnosed and possibly harmed, my intelligence insulted, be treated rudely and then be grossly overcharged. Of course, then I've got tomorrow to look forward to when I'll have to take a day off of work to go to my regular vet to have him looked at again because there's an 80% chance that whatever treatment he receives today will either be insufficient or worse, to his detriment. I'm sure most people who read this will know exactly where it's coming from. Wherever you go, the best of luck to you my friends, as luck seems to be all we have.
